Having been a waste consultant at MRA for 2 years, Cara specialises in organics, community engagement and
education. Cara has assisted numerous councils develop FOGO implementation plans and education materials,
including Randwick City Council’s FOGO introduction education campaign in 2021 (winner LGNSW Excellence in
the Environment Award for Behaviour Change).
