Kelly Howlett Care for Hedland

Kelly champions Port and South Hedland’s Tidy Town efforts and participates in roadside litter clean ups. Kelly instigated a pilot CDS scheme, now runs the Town’s Refund Point and is leading an innovative food waste diversion trial. Kelly is passionate about local solutions in regional and remote communities.
