Kelly was the founder and long-term Chairperson of Care For Hedland. Instigating a CDS pilot from 2009-2013 and then led Port Hedland’s RPO activities. 24 million eligible containers diverted from landfill. Recently recognised in the Kings Birthday Honours in recognition of lengthy contribution to the local Hedland environment and community.
