With 25 years’ experience in waste management, Dr Talebul Islam has developed and implemented waste, recycling and FOGO collection and processing contracts. Recently implemented FOGO services at Randwick City Council, an inner Sydney-metro council. Talebul developed numerous waste management strategies and policies for local government.
