Dominique has a detailed understanding of the AgVet chemical industry, particularly regarding safety and stewardship in the supply chain and reseller markets. Since 2018, Agsafe has transformed under Dominique’s guidance.  Agsafe’s programs are recognised as industry leading and far reaching into rural and regional Australia.  She has 30 years of experience across large and small enterprises in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, including government agencies.  Coming from a finance background Dominique’s understanding of the importance of maintaining sustainable operations, as well as meeting diverse stakeholder expectations; this has strengthened Agsafe’s stewardship programs: Agsafe Industry Standard, drumMUSTER, ChemClear as well as implementing the bagMUSTER initiative.
