Richard Collins Arcadis Circular Economy & Waste Advisory

Richard has worked across sustainability, circular economy and waste management agendas for more 20 years, initially as managing editor of several influential industry publications and today as national lead of the Arcadis Circular Economy & Waste Advisory team.
He regularly presents at industry conferences and works at scales ranging from strategic national and state projects through to targeted guidance on investment due diligence, options analysis and market sector studies.

Nationally, Richard led the National Food Waste Baseline (2020), partnered with RMIT in the seminal eco-design report Enabling design for environmental good (2023), and supported review of the National Packaging Targets (2022).
